Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong industrial background to join our team. The successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive business growth in the warehouse automation and storage solutions sector. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial environments, material handling systems, and solution-based selling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehouse automation, racking, and storage solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and support project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in warehouse automation, material handling, or storage solutions.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of warehouse operations and industrial equipment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada as needed.
